After you have chosen your furniture and notified us of your selection, you will receive a written order within five working days. Upon receipt and confirmation of the order, a partial payment of 50% is required. If your order is less than $800, payment in full is required. The balance for each item is due at the time the item is ready for delivery. We accept cash, certified check and major credit cards. Once you have remitted the partial payment, your order is placed with the manufacturer.

Sales of floor stock items are "as is" and final. Before the Manufacture Date, Buyer may change or cancel any specially ordered item; provided that, upon any such cancellation, Buyer shall pay Seller a cancellation charge equal to 25% of the price for each item cancelled.

When we receive your furniture in our warehouse, we will notify you to remit the remaining payment. After your payment has been received, we will release your furniture for delivery to you. Each item of furniture is covered by the warranty issued by the manufacturer of that item.
